Wallkill Valley Land Trust

The Wallkill Valley Land Trust, located in New York's Hudson Valley, is best known in the local area for the work they've done restore the magnificent Rosendale Trestle - a former railroad bridge that is now a pedestrian walkway soaring 300 feet over the Rondout River. But they do so much more in the local area, from protecting land through easements, sponsoring an annual tour of historic homes and leading nature outings for kids and adults. This short video introduces the WVLT to those who are unaware of the important work they do to protect and support that area's natural resources.
